Our Professional Email Delivery Setup

To ensure that all emails from your website are delivered reliably, we use a professional, dedicated email delivery system.

An Important Note on Email Types

This system is configured for transactional emails only.

These are essential, one-to-one messages triggered by user actions (e.g., contact form submissions, order confirmations, password resets).

This setup is not for marketing emails such as newsletters or automated blog post notifications sent to a subscriber list.

Sending marketing mail through this system can harm your domain’s sending reputation. For any bulk or marketing email needs, please contact us to set up a dedicated platform like FluentCRM, which is designed for that purpose.

How It Works

Instead of using the basic, often unreliable default WordPress mail function, we route all of your site’s transactional emails through a specialized service. This process dramatically improves deliverability and protects your domain’s reputation.

Below is a summary of the configuration we use on your site via the FluentSMTP plugin.

FluentSMTP Connection Settings

From Name (Forced)[Your Website/Brand Name]

Key Benefits of This Setup:

  • Maximum Reliability: Emails are sent via a dedicated service (MXroute) with a high reputation, not from the web server itself. This is the industry best practice for deliverability.
  • Brand Consistency: We force the “From Name” to be your brand on every outgoing email. This ensures your customers always know the communication is from you.
  • Seamless Replies: Although emails are sent via our noreply@singlebolt.com address for technical reasons, FluentSMTP automatically sets the Reply-To header. This means if a customer (or you) clicks “Reply” on an email, the response goes directly to the appropriate address (e.g., the customer who filled out the form), not to our noreply address.

This professional setup is part of our commitment to providing a robust and reliable website for your business. All sensitive credentials are managed securely by our team.

Can I change these settings?

You must not change any of these settings as they are critical to delivering emails from your website to you and to us and to your users.
